Jason M. Julian is an associate in Severson & Werson’s San Francisco office, where he practices in the Financial Services group. A litigator, his practice encompasses all areas of civil litigation.
Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Mr. Julian practiced with Foley & Lardner LLP in San Francisco, and with Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly LLP in Palo Alto. He has represented a broad range of clients in financial institution litigation, business and commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Julian received his J.D. in 2001 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. During law school, Mr. Julian served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joseph C. Spero, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. He also earned a master's degree in public administration from Rutgers University and a B.A. in political economy from the University of California at Berkeley.
Before law school, Mr. Julian's previous experience included serving in the U.S. Peace Corps in Belize, and working with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the United Nations Volunteers in Liberia, and the California State University's Office of Federal Relations in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Julian is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California.
