J. Andrew Lawson

Andrew Lawson is a Special Counsel in Severson & Werson’s San Francisco office. Mr. Lawson represents architects and engineers in all aspects of litigation in state and federal court. He is also a skilled tax advocate, negotiating with tax authorities, including the Internal Revenue Service and all state authorities, on behalf of businesses and individuals.

Mr. Lawson received his undergraduate education at the University of Colorado, Boulder where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in economics. He also earned his law degree from the University of Colorado where he was an editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law & Policy and was the recipient of the William De Souchet Award for Trial Advocacy.
