Todd M. Green

Todd Green, Special Counsel to Severson’s Insurance Law and Construction groups, joined the firm in 1997 with prior insurance defense experience.

Mr. Green’s principal focus is with construction litigation, where he represents design professionals, construction managers, developers and contractors in construction defect and delay claims. He also represents these design professionals (and other professionals) in professional liability/errors and omissions claims.

In the realm of insurance, Mr. Green advises insurers and insureds regarding coverage, declaratory relief, and coverage actions. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, property and casualty disputes.
