In a Bivens action against a federal official in her individual capacity for violation of the plaintiff’s constitutional rights, the plaintiff may recover only damages, not any other form of relief, and particularly not injunctive or declaratory relief that would require or prohibit action by the defendant in her official capacity on behalf of the United States.
