Community college is not immune from liability to a student on a visiting community college team who suffers an injury on the defendant college's playing fields.

Under 5 Cal. Code Regs. 55220, a community college district is immune from liability for injuries suffered on field trips. This decision, however, holds that the immunity does not shield a community college from liability to a student on a visiting community college team who suffers an injury on the defendant college’s playing fields.
