Christopher M. Lapidus is an attorney in the San Francisco office of Severson & Werson and is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group.
Mr. Lapidus has extensive experience litigating financial services matters, including commercial lending, mortgage servicing, retail banking, automobile floorplan lending, unsecured credit disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act claims, Unfair Debt Collection Practices Act claims, and claim and delivery and replevin cases. Mr. Lapidus also has five years of experience handling commercial litigation and one year of experience defending employers in labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining the ranks of Severson & Werson, Mr. Lapidus founded his own law firm handling business and real estate transactions and estate planning.
Mr. Lapidus earned his J.D. from Berkeley Law in 2016. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from U.C. Santa Barbara in 2011. In his free time, Mr. Lapidus plays kickball in a social league and has run four full marathons.
Mr. Lapidus is admitted to practice in the State of California and all four U.S. District Courts in California.
