Andrew Noble was appointed Vice Chair for Programming of the California Bar Association’s Consumer Financial Services Committee (CFSC) at the Bar Association’s annual meeting on October 9, 2015.
Part of the Bar Association’s Business Law Section, the CFSC is a diverse group of accomplished professionals with a wide range of expertise. Members include plaintiff and defense-side litigation attorneys, and in-house attorneys at financial services and financial technology companies.
Mr. Noble will be responsible for programming at the CFSC’s monthly and annual meetings. Upcoming meetings will focus on topics such as new payday lending rules, credit reporting in the modern era, online lending, and TRID mortgage disclosure requirements, among other topics.
