A completely uncooperative father’s appeal from a juvenile court order removing a child from his custody is dismissed under the appellate disentitlement doctrine.

Appellate disentitlement doctrine is invoked to affirm judgment taking custody of child away from father who refused to cooperate with the trial court or social service agency, making their task of trying to help the child nearly impossible.
