An appellate practitioner by training, Ms. Wadley crafts everything from appeal briefs to complex motions. She also enjoys doing legal research and monitoring attorney malpractice liability insurance claims.
Ms. Wadley’s specialty is expert legal research and writing. When her colleagues need an appellate brief or a trial motion or an important piece of legal research done, they turn to her. They know they can rely on her to hand them back a product that is both well written and thoroughly researched. With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Wadley completes both big and small projects on any topic efficiently, doing the very best job possible for each client.
Ms. Wadley’s daily practice involves monitoring a portfolio of legal malpractice claims and circumstances for a group of UK, Swiss, and domestic liability insurers. This practice allows her to interact with the insured attorneys and law firms, write opinions, and report to the insurer clients. She enjoys the variety in these matters, which involve every imaginable attorney practice area, and she enjoys building long-standing relationships with many interesting and personable individual clients, insured attorneys, and defense counsel.
Outside of work, Ms. Wadley has sung with the San Francisco Choral Society for almost 30 years and has served on its Board of Directors, including as President.
Ms. Wadley is a 1991 graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she was on the California Law Review.
