Randall Stanton is a member of Severson & Werson’s Financial Services Practice Group, with an emphasis on complex business disputes and financial institutions. He has extensive experience in a number of areas of litigation, including personal injury, entertainment, and finance. He has worked with clients ranging from large public companies to small start-ups.
Mr. Stanton works in resolving disputes arising under Divisions 3, 4, and 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Reg E), Expedited Funds Availability Act (Reg CC), Bank Secrecy Act, FCRA, RFDCPA, FDCPA, RESPA (Reg X), TILA (Reg Z), and UDA(A)P Claims.
Mr. Stanton holds a B.S. from Cal State Hayward and a J.D. Loyola Law School, in Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Mr. Stanton worked part time in Production Legal Affairs for one of Hollywood’s largest unscripted television studios.
