Ms. Dart is a passionate and determined attorney, dedicated to receiving the most favorable outcome for her clients.
Shannon is an Associate with Severson & Werson’s Financial Services Group in the Firm’s Orange County office.
Ms. Dart worked tirelessly to put herself through law school, which fostered a hunger and appreciation for the honor to practice law in California. Her years of work during and after school have given her invaluable experience in class action, consumer fraud, multiple-defendant, PAGA suits, and matters in arbitration.
Ms. Dart holds a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech, where she graduated early and with honors, and a J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law while attending on scholarship. During her time in law school, Ms. Dart was the lead law clerk at boutique law firm which handled labor and employment disputes originating in multiple states. Ms. Dart is also proficient in Russian
