Zoey M. Surdis

With a proven track record in handling complex matters, Ms. Surdis brings strategic insight and an unwavering commitment to achieving results. She has managed a diverse array of lawsuits across multiple practice areas, including personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, breach of contract, and class actions. Ms. Surdis is dedicated to championing clients in intricate and high-stakes matters, such as catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, where the stakes are high and the legal challenges demanding. She relentlessly pursues favorable outcomes through skilled negotiation and compelling courtroom advocacy.

Ms. Surdis earned her B.A. from the George Washington University and her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings). While in law school, she was a member of the award-winning Alternative Dispute Resolution team. After graduating, Ms. Surdis clerked at the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, where she represented the County in misdemeanor and felony cases. She also gained extensive litigation experience at two national law firms, handling a diverse caseload.
